Cuisine "By Vanessa" - a story that started in the family!
A story, my story, that revolves exclusively around food. A story that started in my childhood around big tables with lots of people sharing delicious food made with authentic products with outstanding flavours. My father orchestrated activities in the kitchen, with me by his side of course. In the evenings and weekends I was not out in the playground, but in the kitchen, learning.
I was smitten and there was nothing for it but to study hotel and catering at the CERIA in Brussels, after which I worked in a number different hotels and restaurants.
The children came along and so I took a break from my career and dedicated myself to their education. This did not prevent me from creating lots of delicious dishes of course. And friends never missed an opportunity to join us at table and share a delicious lasagne or a gastronomic dinner!
My passion for cooking has never paled, just the opposite in fact, it has become even more intense. To such a degree that I decided to put this passion to work for you by creating two very individual services:

By Vanessa will be present at the Stockel Christmas Market from Thursday, 9 December to Sunday, 13 December 2015.
We will be handling all the catering under the marquee.
You will be able to sample some of the great classics such as oysters, foie gras, smoked salmon, pancakes and our famous lasagnes.
All accompanied by high-quality wines of course - and Champagne for those who love bubbles.
Join us under the marquee and sample our fabulous products and enjoy a drink with us.
